Commission type details

I, the artist, have the right to refuse any commission without explanation.

The client has to be 18+ in order to commission me.

Both client and artist must respect each others privacy and not divulge the other's personal information outside of the commissioning process.

The forms of artworks that can be commissioned are: Stickers, emotes, character illustrations, wallpapers/scenario + more.

If given permission, the commissions can be worked on the artists stream, which can be given on the commissioning form sent out when the commissions open.

The client should provide clear references and details for the commission. If there is any uncertainty; you will be asked.

If the commission then gets accepted the client will be notified and sent an invoice.

When payment has been received work on the commission will begin starting with sketches/thumbnails where large revisions can be made.

During the main sketching phase revisions are free, but can be refused if unreasonable.

Smaller adjustments during other stages are ok up to a point.

The work will be completed within 2 months, most likely within 1, but the turnaround time can vary.

The completed work is given to the client digitally with and without watermark.

Work on the commission starts after payment

Full refunds can be made before a piece is started, however once work has been started, only partial to no refunds are available.

If a commission has to be cancelled for personal reasons, the client will receive the incomplete artwork and a refund appropriate to the quality of the work.

The artist retains full rights to the artwork and by extension may be posted on their social media, in their portfolio or be used in their promotions with appropriate credit.

If something is commissioned for a specific event, the artist will keep confidentiality until after the event.

The client must give proper credit when using the commission for online customization and posting.

The client is not allowed to claim the commissioned work as their own product nor use it, under any circumstance, for NFTs, cryptocurrency, AI model training or anything the artist stands against, like promotion of harmful rhetoric.

The client is not allowed to resell the work or use it in any commercial way unless given explicit permission. Personal use, like personal prints, are ok.

Communication is done primarily through Discord, where the artist will contact the client first after they've filled the appropriate form.

If allowed to stream the commission, some communication can be done on stream.

Experimental/raffles: Cost free, but clients are usually randomized and the sub-type (character illust., emotes etc) may already be chosen.

NSFW: Commissions that contain NSFW material, with an expanded will/won't draw list (see below) and won't be drawn on streams for obvious reasons.

Refsheets: Refsheet commissions that vary in size, the client must not give an exact character reference since this type is meant to help define a character.

Animations: Commissions that have an extended deadline and include animations.

PNG/L2D models: Commissions that have an extended deadline and can be paid in installments.
